1. Most people agree that recycling is a good thing. Why should we recycle glass? Plastic? Paper? Metals? Making new paper from old paper uses 30% to 55% less energy than making paper from trees and reduces related air pollution by 95%.
Recycled plastics are made into fiberfill, bottles, shower stalls, recycling bins, scouring pads, paint brushes, industrial strapping, drainpipes, plastic lumber, and flowerpots. Markets are expanding and developing daily. Every ton of glass recycled saves the equivalent of nine gallons of fuel oil needed to make glass from virgin materials Recycling aluminum uses 95% less energy than making new aluminum from bauxite ore. Metal
2. What is better: recycling?
Or reusing things? Why? Give an example.
Reusing, because then you will not be required to recycle. For example paper, instead of recycling it, why not just erase the words on it and use it for something else.3. How can Fayetteville residents recycle?
Well, for one thing we could pick up trash more often. 4. Where is the closest recycling drop-off center to your home (or our school)?
The closest recycling drop-off center to my house is Fire Station No. 17.5. What can you realistically do to promote recycling?Small things like that will lead on to a chain of things

RECENT DISASTERS
The two articles that i read were Earthquakes hit Japan and Indonesia and Strong earthquakes in Southern Iran kills 4.
Two strong off shore earthquakes have struck Asia, triggering tsunami alerts and evacuations in coastal towns. This what the first article was about.
A strong earthquake of 6.1 magnitude on the Richter scale struck southern Iran on Wednesday, killing 4 people and wounding 34 so far, local media reported. This is what the second article is about.
I think that the Strong earthquakes in southern Iran kills 4 was worse.
Well the difference between the twoare one kills 4 people. the other one doesnt tell if it did.
